 It seems that when I add an apostrophe to the title like "WordPress's
 Blog" etc, the after result when saved, shows that WP automatically ads a
 backslash before the apostrophe in the title, which is NOT supposed to
 happen, its pretty easy to re-create the problem, and in this case it's
 WordPress 2.2.3.

 This should be fixed right away, perhaps a 2.2.4 release. Or better yet,
 in 2.3.

 I added a screenshot to show you what I mean, and if you don't beleive me,
 do it yourself and you'll see what I mean. And strangely this sort of
 happens in previous WordPresses.
