 All default widget (Meta, Calendar, Categories, Pages, Recent posts ...)
 have at least one control for the change of the title. But not the "links"
 widget, which appear in the front-end to have "Blogroll" as title. This
 "blogroll" word is not nice for everybody, please make it customizable.

 This is would be very nice for easy customizing and some translation
 problems also.
