 It's the importer for a Dotclear 2 blog. It imports also from a Dotclear
 1.2.x blog (note that the embedded Dotclear importer imports from Dotclear
 1 only).

 Download the [http://cvie.free.fr/public/flatimport.zip] ; a tutorial is
 embedded with the flatimport.php script.
