 nickshanks: on wordpress.org/download it says "Press F5 to reload and get
 a new styling"

 MarkJaquith: nickshanks: ah, good point.  Guess it assumes that people who
 don't know how to refresh their browser are IE users ;-)

 nickshanks: MarkJaquith: perhaps better put "Clear your browser cache (F5
 for Windows IE users)"
