 I personally do not care much about the function name.

 Previously I chose {{{__withdesc}}}, because this function does not follow
 any gettext convention (as opposed to ngettext for example) and sounded
 more suitable, because it was a little bit more descriptive than {{{_c}}}
 or any other single-letter alternative.
