 First of all thank you for adding this feature. I have been testing the
 add_endpoint with a plugin and I think I may have found a small bug.

 A call to get_query_var($name) returns empty. I am assuming the issue lies
 with the generated query for it is "&$name=". When I simply changed the
 generated query to "&$name=1" I had no issue.
