 I'm running a 2.1 blog. In the admin, I can't find where to change how
 links are displayed.

 My template uses get_links_list, which calls the list fine, but the 3
 links I have are displayed in the same order, no matter if I rank them 1,
 2, 3 or 3, 2, 1.

 In Blogroll -> Manage Blogroll, you can change how they're displayed in
 the admin, but evidently not on the site?

 In 2.0<, it used to be an option as displayed here:
 http://codex.wordpress.org/Links_Manager

 ...but no more?

 One suggestion in the forums was to try orderby=rating using
 wp_list_bookmarks, but that function appears to be completely gone as well
 in 2.1.
