 In wp-includes/js/tinymce/tiny_mce_config.php, "wp_adv_start" comes before
 "wp_adv" in the mce_buttons array. This means that the button that turns
 on the advanced toolbar is *on* the advanced toolbar. Unless I'm missing
 something, this renders the toolbar impossible to access. Shouldn't wp_adv
 be on the default toolbar?
