 I know that Dreamhost has access to it as well.. I learned how to do it
 based upon reading.. Both in the .htaccess and the php.ini.. I'll look
 into how to possibly do this using the ini_set()and then as a backup for
 cases where that doesn't work, some sort of instructions in the codex.
