 * Saving a hand-coded post while still in CodeView is the workaround for a
 lot of frustrating little problems.
 * Going from WYSIWYG to CodeView causes a lot of those nasty little
 artifacts.
 * Disabling WYSIWYG is an obvious option ... crude.
 * Alternative to disabling WYSIWYG is setting CodeView to default view in
 editor.

 Should be simple / easy, no?

 NB: Priority and Severity set to match existing ticket/s.
