 Judging by the filename
 {{{/homepages/10/d223131664/htdocs/pastors/install.php}}}, it seems that
 when you unzipped WordPress, you opted not to "recreate the directory
 structure", as {{{install.php}}} should be in {{{wp-admin/install.php}}}.
