 Currently the only way to add multiple, grouped menu items is to create a
 new top-level menu. In most cases, this is overkill and inappropriate.

 Some plugins have taken it upon themselves to make and style their own
 sub-sub-menu (such as SK2). They very widely and are inconsistent.

 I propose adding core support for this. It shouldn't be too hard and it'd
 be very beneficial to us plugin developers.
