 I didn't get any feedback, so I started the ball rolling.

 I could especially use some feedback on the changed copy.

 My goals for this were:

  * to keep the lighthearted spirit of the original
  * to not tell the user any technobabble that they won't care about
  * to get rid of the idea of "steps" (now there is the info gathering page
 and the "installed" page)
  * to reduce clicks
  * to better pickup the proper location of the install.php and auto-
 redirect to it
  * declutter, prettify
