#4112: Support page editing through MovableType API

The new WP API extensions in xmlrpc.php allow robust access to the pages
in WP. This seems like a good idea.

I'm wondering if there was any consideration of allowing traditional MT
API access to the pages, in a manner similar to Drupal's, where the "blog
ID" is overloaded with an asset type (e.g. "page") to allow pages to be
fetched and edited via the traditional API.

This could be a nice convenience layer on top of the existing WP
extensions, though I can understand if it feels too dirty or restrictive
of future legitimate use of the blog ID.

Mostly this ticket is here to invite some permanent commentary for the
 record.

 Thanks,
 Daniel
