 The new walk tree class doesnt respect the ''wp_list_pages'' depth value,
 (on any value), it justs outputs the whole tree.

 Im not so sure on what is exactly the bug, but it seems that when
 implementing the new walktree (the previous ''_page_level_out'' and
 ''wp_list_pages'' work with the same syntax) the depth value stopped
 working.
