 Just updated my copy of the bleeding edge and I went to upgrade my
 database via {{{/wp-admin/upgrade.php}}}. However, it doesn't work as on
 line 8 of {{{/wp-admin/upgrade-functions.php}}} is this:

 {{{require_once(ABSPATH . '/wp-includes/registration-functions.php');}}}

 Well, there's no such file.
