 This is a new bug in 2.0.3.

 After editing a comment I got an empty page that said "Are you sure" with
 a "No" link and a "Yes" button. This page looks really off, like it
 doesn't belong to WordPress.

 After clicking "Yes" the comment was changed but contains now a lot of
 backslashes. It looks like it was somehow sanitized for saving it to the
 database.

 Instead of "I wasn't ..." it's not "I wasn\'t ..." in my comment.
