 In changeset [3853], returning the siteurl for get_page_link will break
 get_attachment_link if the attachment is a child to the front page.  For
 instance, "/home/somefile/" will become "/somefile/".  This was mentioned
 in #2792.

 get_attachment_link needs to do some filtering to put the true permalink
 back
