1. and 2. I can't reproduce, but I think its failing for you because of 8.

5. Fixed, I think.
6. Yeah, that message is going to stick around as long as deleted= is in
the URI.
7. The AJAX removes the deleted bookmark from the list but doesn't refresh
the rest of the list. Don't know what to do about that.
8. Fixed. Should fix 1. and 2. as well.
