Comment:

 Martin-FR the version and milestone values are non-sense b/c milestone
 should not be less than version.

 WordPress is largely a [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meritocracy
 meritocracy]. The other people that have updated the bug have contributed
 a lot to the WordPress project, so appreciate their decisions and focus on
 demonstrating the merit of your own proposal. If debating a ticket be sure
 to present new convincing information either in terms of the problem or
 the possibly solutions.
