Comment:

 The !DevHub theme has somewhat recently been completely changed. The new
 theme provides a much wider main content area, even if the table of
 contents is present.

 The example page referenced in the ticket is currently bare due to the
 content having been relocated. But the
 [https://developer.wordpress.org/apis/internationalization/localization/
 new location] for that content demonstrates how the new theme greatly
 accommodates this request (see latest [attachment:"meta-2389-new-
 theme.png" attachment].

 As such, this request should be considered fulfilled.
