 The URL's for imgAreaSelect, PclZip and jQuery UI Touch Punch are broken
 (404).

 Broken Links:
 * http://odyniec.net/projects/imgareaselect/ -> Apache2 Default Site on
 homepage
 * http://www.phpconcept.net/pclzip -> "The site is currently updated" on
 homepage since a few year, but still pclzip related
 * http://touchpunch.furf.com/ -> Errorcode since 2020

 desrosj personally thinks we should either:
 * Update 6.3 only
 * Update 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, and 6.3 (these 4 versions account for 75% of all
 WordPress sites)
