 To clarify, the links to the 3 usability tests are present, but the
 surveys that are the link targets are no longer available.

 cc: @annaharrison (editor who added the links to those surveys) or maybe
 @annezazu - Either of you know if those usability tests have been moved or
 discontinued, and can the handbook page be updated accordingly? Or do you
 know who should be pinged about it (the Test team has no listed team
