 bbPress has changed the way it stores subscriptions, but WordPress.org
 doesn't fully utilise it for other reasons (Primarily that we haven't done
 the data migration).

 Having an unsubscribe-all button/functionality can still be done though,
 either on WordPress.org or in bbPress core.

 WordPress.org has extra subscription functionality anyway, namely
 tag/plugins/themes so would have to get some custom code to utilise any
 upstream unsubscribe-all functionality anyway.
