 Okay, I can understand some posts might be archived/hidden for a reason,
 and displaying that to others is definately not wanted.

 Perhaps rather than "globally" I should've rephrased it to, are there any
 views where having it always enabled would make sense? For example, when
 viewing a users profile, specific forums, or a thread, but the views
 probably don't make sense to have it enabled at all.
