#5597: Update news site theme to support podcast post type

 The podcast content type does not support categories, however the theme
 assumes categories exist and in the meta area shows "Filed under (blank)"
 for the podcast episodes.

 We probably want to do this differently, but likely falls under open
 sourcing the whole theme. So I'm just making the changes in the two files
 it is needed.

 The second update in archive-podcast.php is adding the Apple subscription
 link.
