 I feel like this is the way to go.

 Using the existing webhook, we should be able to add entries for
 "Submitted a PR", "Commented on a PR", "Submitted an issue" (for other
 repo's), etc.

 Ideally, I think we'd extend that to every repo in the WordPress GitHub
 organisation rather than just the core PRs.
