 This change makes sense for sure, thanks @Ipstenu.
 @dd32 reading through the optional links I feel the #privacy anchor link
 most suitable as it gives an overview before taking you to the manage
 guides. Taking the heading used there I reworked the string;
 `To find out more on how to avoid being tracked, visit <a
 href="%1$s">knowcookies.com</a>.`
