 When someone try to register on WordPress.org, they have to fill the
 username and email. Once they submit the details, they will get
 confirmation email.

 Now, what will happen if they entered the incorrect email address and now
 want to register again with the same username with a different email
 address?

 Currently, when someone tries to register with the correct email, it gives
 an error.
