 Currently theme previewer does no justice to themes and make selecting
 themes for users tedious, they have to download and setup each theme to
 see if they like the theme.

 So I am proposing that we convert current previewer to multisite so
 authors can setup a demo for each of their themes, atleast as much as they
 can without the recommended plugins, themes are required to work without
 any plugins anyway.

 So it will be approved version of their theme and bundled images and theme
 options configured.
