 The issue appears to be closed 7 months ago. Looking at
 https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/log/glotpress/, the last
 synchronization was 12 month ago. Any chance we could document that
 process and do it on a regular basis (or once there are enough changes to
 synchronize)?
