 On [https://wordpress.org/support/article/updating-wordpress/ Updating
 WordPress] page, there are anchor elements without href attribute. This
 make the text visually looks like a link but point to no place. For
 example, [https://wordpress.org/support/article/updating-wordpress
 /#automatic-background-updates WordPress 3.7] and
 [https://wordpress.org/support/article/updating-wordpress/#file-ownership
 Changing File Permissions].
