Comment:

 Making comments editable would be useful sometimes, but I'd be hesitant to
 enable it without some form of comment revisions.

 I'm going to bump the priority of this down a notch as it's probably
 something worthwhile being implemented upstream into
 [https://github.com/Automattic/o2 Automattic/o2] and not something we
 should do just for WordPress.org (although I'm sure there exist plugins to
 do so)
