 @cristianozanca you should be able to select the HelpHub role from the
 "Blog Role"

 You can see the above screen by navigating to e.g
 https://it.wordpress.org/support/users/netweb/edit

 Does that work for you?

 p.s. I have a forum role on it.w.org, but even if a user has no forum role
 you should dtill be able to assign the "blog role" for HelpHub users, if
 needed though I do not think it is required you can also assign the "forum
 role" from that same page
