Comment:

 This is a great idea, but without a specific proposal for a method of
 querying similar plugins it's unlikely to happen unfortunately. I'm
 closing as `wontfix` for that reason; but if an algorithm does turn up
 that looks suitable then please feel free to reopen with the new info.
