 Hi @andreazoellner, Welcome to Meta WordPress Trac! Thank you for your
 ticket.

 Yes, that thead of the table is set to hide in mobile device as it's not
 possible to show top head data in each row column as per your thought. so
 if you want to show header row then it will displayed like attached image.
