 This doesn't seem like something that should be solved through code, but
 rather through clear expectations of the speakers.
 It should be made clear that the coupon is for their ticket only, if they
 abuse that the other tickets get canceled.

 > Adding a "max number of tickets per order" parameter for each coupon
 code would help solve this problem (although it would not prevent a
 speaker to get two tickets in two separate registrations).

 As it'd be impossible to prevent someone sharing the coupon with someone
 else, or making multiple orders, adding a max-per-order limit doesn't seem
 realistically useful.
