 As noticed on the wordpress.org website the showcase websites url open in
 the same tab which should open in new tab.

 Pages which are affected
 https://wordpress.org/showcase/
 https://wordpress.org/showcase/capgemini/ (Showcase detail page)

 Also, there are times when showcase is shown on the front page so also
 needs to be modified.
