 In WordCamp Plan (http://plan.wordcamp.org) it use plan theme and it is
 child theme of twentytwelve theme, And it use two text domain plan and
 twentytwelve so as per theme requirement list only one text domain is
 allow for any theme and text domain name must be same as theme directory
 name that's why only one text domain is allow and it is plan for WordCamp
 Plan theme.
