 Hey @sterndata, thanks for reporting this, I've bumped the limit, and was
 able to send a test email to the account successfully.

 @tellyworth, do you know why we have a standard mailbox ''and'' a forward
 to HelpScout for this? It seems like we just need the forward. If we can
 delete the mailbox, then that would avoid saving unnecessary copies of all
 the spam this account gets. I can see why we might want a backup of the
 legit mail, though. Do have any thoughts?
