 In line with SEO best practice, search results pages should include a meta
 robots `noindex, follow` directive.

 At the moment, search results in the Plugins Directory (e.g.,
 https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/cats/) do ''not'' utilise this
 approach, and as a result, are being indexed by Google.
