 The speaker application form for WordCamps blocks people who aren't logged
 in with their wordpress.org account. This is a major conversion rate block
 for getting enough speaker applications. Not everyone has a wordpress.org
 account cause sometimes people from outside the WordPress community want
 to give a talk at a WordCamp about more general topics, like the GDPR,
 marketing or SEO.
