 @Howdy_McGee The https://core.trac.wordpress.org/my-tickets report is an
 alias of https://core.trac.wordpress.org/report/24, this report shows only
 "open" tickets and excludes "closed" tickets, it would be quite unwieldy
 for users who have created a large number of tickets if closed tickets
 were included in this report.

 Take a look at the other available reports at
 https://core.trac.wordpress.org/report and see if any meed your needs.

 This manual query shows all open and closed tickets you've created
