 It looks like the base SCSS which we're using has been haphazardly
 implemented - Each theme/site and site seems to use a different markup for
 headings/etc, which results in a lot of duplication and re-implementing of
 this stuff.

 Unfortunately I don't really know what was intentionally different, and
 what's just different so I'm relying upon you to point them out :) - I'll
 update those styles to match.
