 I absolutely agree. '''Best case scenario''' the user reads the
 placeholder text and answers the provided questions supplying more
 information to the support topic possibly leading to a quicker turnaround.
 '''Worst case scenario''' the user ignores the placeholder text, clicks
 inside the box where the text automatically disappears ( by browser
 standards ) and they submit their request as normal, no harm no foul.

 I don't see it anymore of a hindrance than the `Search WordPress.org` in
 the .org search bar.
