 Hi @dilipbheda, thanks for bringing it to our attention! After double-
 checking with @ocean90, I don't think this is something worth changing for
 now.

 The banners currently use two different methods of retrieving the locale
 name, which causes the difference in appearance. This will be fixed once
 we made the locale banner universal across w.org, see #1864, #1952.
