 But the string is the same for all plugins, why does it have to be
 translated in each project over and over again? The
 [https://translate.wordpress.org/consistency?search=Installation+Instructions&set=ru%2Fdefault&project=17&search_case_sensitive=1
 Consistency tool] shows 11 different translations for ru_RU.
