 On the [https://codex.wordpress.org/Mailing_Lists Mailing Lists] page, the
 WP Garage link that's supposed to link to the old
 [https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/wpgarage/info WP Garage group on
 Yahoo] isn't valid.

 The last activity on that group was on
 [https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/search?query=wp%20garage Aug 9, 2015].

 It makes sense to remove that item from the Mailing Lists page.
