 On https://wordpress.org/themes/browse/popular/ as you scroll down the
 next page of the theme results loads.
 There's a spinner which is supposed to show in the void below the current
 themes while a new page is loading.

 The `<span class="spinner"></span>` exists in the source code, it just
 doesn't appear to actually show, I believe this may be a CSS thing rather
 than JS.
