Comment (by dd32):

 This is probably a data-sync issue (which might sort it self out in a few
 hours) - Querying GlotPress is super slow so there's an extra table which
 gets sync'd on a cron or after a translation event occurs which the
 sorting is based upon.

 Unfortunately Debug Bar doesn't work on translate for me right now, so I
 can't see the queries to debug it right this moment.
